Ternary copolymer elastomer grafted modified material, through the introduction of multifunctional groups as solvent, matching material viscosity, polarity, in order to meet the requirements of tensile strength, tear and adhesion strength of ultra-light foam material. 

The foaming material features:

→ Light density to 0.869g/cm3

→Good resilience 

→Resistance to folding

→Very low compressive deformation

Instructions for use: Under the premise of not changing the original equipment and technology, the peroxide cross-linking system is used, AC foaming is added to the granulation. And manufacturers can add a certain proportion of light foam elastomer according to the specific physical properties required, it is recommended to add 30%, the granulation processing temperature process follows the traditional, no need to make too much adjustment
